|| MA-NL Annual Gala 2011 ||

Dear Valued Members and Friends

The Malaysian Association of the Netherlands would like to inform you that the Annual Gala Dinner 2011
will be held on Saturday, 24th September at the Bel Air Hotel in Den Haag from 18.00 to midnight.
For your entertainment that evening we will have performances from Dayang Nurfaizah, one of the top singers from Malaysia.
We will also be entertained by the dances of the MAS Dance Troupe and , from Borneo, Sape players accompanied by their dancers.

Tickets are:
€45  for members of MA-NL 
€55   for non-members
A 3-course Malaysian dinner, Malaysian dessert, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and beer are included. You can reserve your tickets by email to joe_ismail2000@yahoo.co.uk

Dear Valued Members and Friends

The Malaysian Association of the Netherlands has the pleasure to announce that this year's Family Day event will be held on 24th July (Sunday) at the Madestein park  (parallel to Oost Madeweg) in Den Haag from 11.00 to17.00. Food (barbecue), drinks coffee and tea will be provided.  Pot luck will also be
welcomed. There will be games with prizes for both children and adults.

Tickets are:
Paid up members of MA-NL (FREE!)
Non-members.                     ( Euro 10 euros per person)
*Non-members joining MA-NL on FamilyDay........................FREE

This coming 11th and 12th June (from 12 pm to  5pm), we  will be participating in the annual Malaysian Food Fair 2011, organized by  PERWAKILAN The Hague. It is time for you to savor authentic Malaysian delicacies, straight from the source :-). Bring your friends, and see you there!  By the way, If you are a MA-NL member, you will enjoy a cup of free " teh-tarik" too!

|| Bowling Day ! 2011 ||

Dear Valued Friends and Members

The  MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE NETHERLANDS has the pleasure to announce that
there will be a "BOWLING DAY" on Saturday  14th - May - 2011  at The Bowling Centre, ZUIDERPARK, 2533 SP DEN HAAG from 14.00 to 17.00

The fees will be:
:Members                  15  euros
:Non-Members          20    "
:Team of 7                100  "      (Any combination,members/non-members)
:Children under 10   free         (A separate lane will  be reserved for them)

Fees are inclusive of a packed lunch, drink and toetje. Please reserve your place(s) asap by email to joe_ismail2000@yahoo.co.uk , quoting name(s), member or non-member. We will then send a confirmation of your reservation and instructions on the method of payment. In the event of an overbooking you will also be informed and any payments made will be refunded. Appointment of the new Ex-Officio 2011

In accordance with MA-NL Constitution Article 8: Executive Committee (4.5. The Ex-Officio shall be an officer of the Malaysian Embassy, appointed by the Malaysian Ambassador to this position in the Executive Committee), please be informed that H.E Dato' Dr. Fauziah Mohd Taib has appointed Mrs. Halmah Hassan, Third Secretary, Embassy of Malaysia, as the new Ex-officio. On behalf of past and present MA-NL Committee Members, I would like to thank Mr. Mohamad Razdan Jamil, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of Malaysia, for his past commitments and kind support to MA-NL.
